What happens to what you send us, where it goes, and how long it stays.

Who

What we keep

Only what you write in the contact form: your name, your email address and your message, together with the page you sent it from and the time it arrived.

We do not keep your IP address. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The server records which pages are visited, without the address of the visitor.

Why

To answer you. Nothing you send is added to a mailing list, sold, or used for anything other than the conversation you started.

A copy of each message is kept on our own server, written before the email is sent, so your message is never lost, even if the email fails to arrive.

Where it goes

The copy is stored on our server with Hetzner in the EU. The message is sent as an email through Resend, which sends it from the EU but is a US company and so bound by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The email arrives in the founder's inbox at Google.

How long

The copy on our server is deleted automatically after 90 days. The server's own backups roll over, and the last backed-up copy is gone within twelve months.

The email itself is kept for as long as the conversation needs it, and deleted when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to admin@lfgconsulting.org.

You also have the right to raise a data-protection matter with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria, cpdp.bg.
